Your visit.
Your choice.
CouponLoop gives you a choice about Google Analytics. The coupon finder and journal work whether you allow it or decline it.
Analytics starts with permission
Google Analytics is optional. Before you allow it, CouponLoop does not load Google Analytics, send analytics requests to Google, or set analytics cookies. Declining keeps it off. Use Analytics settings at the bottom of any page to review your choice or turn it off.
What an allowed visit includes
After you opt in, we send basic page views to Google Analytics so we can understand which public pages people visit. We send the page address without its query string or fragment, a general page title, and the referring website’s origin without its page path or search terms. Google also processes technical and session information as part of providing Analytics.
We do not send coupon codes, your saved finds, search queries, form contents, names or email addresses as analytics events. Advertising personalization and Google signals are disabled. This integration does not use Google Analytics to track coupon clicks, form interactions, downloads or scrolling.
Cookies and your saved preference
CouponLoop saves your analytics choice in this browser’s local storage for up to 180 days, then asks again. If your browser cannot save an opt-in, analytics stays off. Google Analytics uses first-party cookies such as _ga and a cookie beginning _ga_ to distinguish visits and sessions. This site configures those cookies to expire after 90 days without extending their expiry on each visit. Your browser may delete them sooner.
When you turn analytics off, CouponLoop immediately disables collection, removes accessible Google Analytics cookies for this domain and reloads the page. Other open tabs receive the changed preference. Withdrawal affects future collection; it does not erase information already sent to Google. Browser restrictions can affect storage or cookie removal.
Google’s role
Google processes analytics data on its infrastructure, which may involve processing outside your country. Our property uses two-month retention for event and user data, with renewal on new activity disabled; aggregated reports can be retained separately. Granular location and device collection are disabled in our Analytics property.
Learn more in Google’s privacy policy and its information about data from partner sites. Browser tracking protection or an ad blocker may prevent Analytics from loading even after you allow it.
Other website storage
CouponLoop separately uses browser storage for features such as your chosen appearance and saved finds. Those features are independent of analytics. Hosting systems also process ordinary request information to deliver and operate the website. This analytics choice controls the optional Google Analytics integration.
